Current Openings
Bartender – These positions are for those service professionals with experience in bar tending. Very good income opportunity from tips. Hyde Away operates seven nights a week. Bar shift usually runs 3pm to close.
Line Cook – Two positions available to work in the kitchen with the Chef and Sous Chef to deliver excellent food during our dinner hours (approximately 3pm to 11pm). Must have some kitchen experience, be able to stand for the duration of the shift and work well in a fast-paced team environment. Pays hourly wage based on experience. Part or full time.
Prep Cook/Dishwasher – This position supports the kitchen with prepping recipes as directed by Chef and Sous Chef during the day. Flexible hours, approximately 10am to 6pm. Part or full time.
Dishwasher – This position supports the kitchen during service hours with washing dishes and other kitchen cleaning duties. Must be able to stand for full shift approximately 4pm to 11pm. No experience necessary. Part or full time.
Front of House Host and Support Staff – This is a general position that works in front of house. Must be flexible to perform several tasks, which include running food, bussing, hosting, preparing desserts and drinks to assist servers. Experience not necessary, but experience working with guests very helpful. This position receives tips from a nightly tip pool and additionally earns an hourly wage of $11 per hour. Part time.
Combined/Housekeeping/Breakfast Server/ Inn Catch All – We have a position available for a housekeeper/cleaner and breakfast server. This position will work primarily in serving breakfast to inn guests and cleaning the restaurant. Additional work may include items such as snow shoveling, leaf raking or other light maintenance duties. This position can extend hours if flexible and can perform some of the Front of House Staff job duties, extra shifts available. Part time.
